Coping with Anxiety Caused by the War

Others may feel like they are constantly on edge, while others may experience panic attacks. If you are struggling with anxiety, it is important to seek help from a mental health professional. There are also some things that you can do on your own to help manage your anxiety. Exercise is a great way to reduce stress and improve your mood. Make sure to get plenty of rest and eat a healthy diet as well. And most importantly, try to take some time for yourself each day to relax and de-stress.
